Home & School: Working in Partnership
We have a Home / School Agreement written by parents, teachers and Governors and you will be asked to sign a copy of this to acknowledge your support when your child is admitted to school.
Home Will:
- Ensure regular and punctual attendance in uniform and with the appropriate equipment.
- Ensure school is notified on first day of absence, by an adult, and followed by a letter.
- Inform the school of any issues at home that may affect the child's behaviour (good or bad).
- Support the school's policies and standard of behaviour.
- Support the child in homework and other opportunities for home learning.
- Attend parent's evenings and discussions about child's progress.
- Support child's extra-curricular activities, if feasible.
- Get to know about your child's life at school.
